Email/Paper forms

The following forms may be completed and submitted as an e-mail attachment or printed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. E-mailed forms will ONLY be accepted from your Edgewood e-mail address.

Paper Only Forms

The following forms require additional signatures and must be printed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar.

The Capacity Change Form has been de-activated. Please make capacity changes using Curriculog, or using a timetable change form (if the change is for a single term).
