Forms

The following forms may be completed and submitted as an e-mail attachment or printed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. E-mailed forms will ONLY be accepted from your Edgewood e-mail address.

  • Appeal Guidelines and Request - The Registrar Appeals Committee meets periodically to decide on limited special circumstances exceptions to college policies. Consult the attached documentation for details.

The Appeals Committee's schedule has been tentatively set for the 2019-20 academic year. Materials are due on the following dates, and the committee will meet one week after each of these submittal deadlines to consider any appeals that are pending.
